Art
Metal artists, Carley Hill and Ed Parish will be conducting a hot metal pour with cast iron radiators salvaged by Construction Junction as part of their summer “Hot Metal Happenings” featuring metal casting performances utilizing the flow and manipulation of molten iron heated to 2000 degrees!
In addition to the pour, six local artists, including Christo Braun, will be creating unique art on kegerators to be auctioned at the event. A kegerator is a used refrigerator that has been retrofitted with a beer tap on the exterior of the refrigerator connected to a keg on the inside-look ma no ice! The refrigerator pictured is being painted by artist Rob Schwoegl. |
