Alice Waters and Her Delicious Revolution

Join Silver Eye for a screening of this American Masters PBS documentary. Directed by Doug Hamilton, 60 minutes. Alice Waters is one of the best-known and most significant American chefs since the 1970s. She is a champion of locally grown and fresh, seasonal foods, and is the executive chef and owner of the restaurant Chez Panisse in Berkeley, California. Click here to learn more about this film.
