Why Should I have a Web Site?, Tuesday, January 8, 7:00 – 8:30 p.m. Award winning photographer, Jim Judkis, has some answers for you. He will explain how a photographic website will provide a positive impact on the presentation of your work. Members, $7.00; Non-members, $10.00. Refreshments will be served. Point of View Writing Workshop, Thursdays, January 17, 24, 31 at 7:00 p.m. These three evenings of generative writing will use a current photography exhibition at Silver Eye as a jumping off point to create flash fiction. Moderator Sherrie Flick is co-founder and artistic director of the Gist Street Reading Series. Reservations required. Limited to 12. Members and students, $15.00; Non-members, $20.00. Marketing Concepts for Photographers, Wednesday, January 23, 6:00 – 9:00 p.m. Photographer Larry Berman of Berman Graphics will present this evening seminar about getting results from your web site. Berman has built over 150 artist web sites, writes for Shutterbug Magazine and beta tests Adobe Photoshop. Members, $20.00; Non-members, $25.00. Reservations recommended.
