Check out a new art series in Pittsburgh, Speaking Of. They feature writers, dancers, musicians, painters, videographers, designers and anyone who wants to hang at a quarterly series. Their summer event is June 18th, 2011!
The event showcases *Pittsburgh Noir'*, the latest edition of Akashic's legendary *Noir'* Series, featuring stories by such writers as Stewart O'Nan and National Book Award Winner Terrance
Hayes.
*Speaking of ...* is partnering with Akashic Books, Kathleen George, and the New Hazlett Theater to present this evening of entertainment featuring: dubstep ballet, burlesque, stories of crime and murder from Terrance Hayes, KC Constantine, Paul Lee and Kathleen Haines, spoken word from Laura Yes Yes and Mahogony Browne, and fantastic music by Dream Job.
