Donald Miller and Sandra Holata are a married couple that collaborate as A.R.M.- Artists Resisting Mindlessness. Their installations combine Miller's sculpture / mixed media drawings and Holata's liquid emulsion photographs with salvaged and recycled materials. Their statements contend with the rape of the landscape and homogenization and desensitisation of American culture and its effect on them as artists / human beings: psychologically, sociologically, and physiologically.Protect and serve the Great Mother, Stop animal cruelty. David Leas' work is a non-abstract, full representation of paint and the painting process.All three artists are from the Akron area.
