One Oxford Center yesterday unveiled a 250th birthday present to the city -- a 60-foot mural that celebrates neighborhoods.
The work of a graphics class at the Art Institute of Pittsburgh, the mural covers the wall along an escalator on the Smithfield Street side of the building.
Ann Rosenthal's class of 14, with five lead designers, portrayed Downtown, Bloomfield, North Side, South Side and Oakland, each one represented on a 4-foot-by-8-foot panel.
